This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is made and entered into effective January 1, 2023, by and between the City of Concord (hereafter referred to as “City” or “Employer”) and the Concord Police Association (hereafter referred to as the “Association,” “Union,” “Certified Employee Organization,” “Representation Unit,” or “Unit” as appropriate).
