The “Distributor Channel Partner Agreement” (or “DCPA”) includes the Distributor Channel Partner Agreement Terms (“DCPA Terms”) below, together with this preamble paragraph, all Orders, Cover Section (if any), addenda, and referenced attachments. JumpCloud Inc. (“JumpCloud”) may modify the DCPA Terms at any time by posting updated versions of the DCPA Terms on the Site. Such modifications become effective and binding on Partner thirty (30) days after the modifications are posted. Any continued Partner actions after the modifications have become effective will be deemed conclusive acceptance of the updated DCPA Terms. Except to the extent expressly provided in an Order, the DCPA Terms will take precedence over any conflicting or inconsistent terms and conditions accompanying any Order.
