THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 5th day of December, 2017, (the “Approval Date”) by and between the City of Beverly Hills, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “City,” and the Beverly Hills Unified School District, a regularly organized and existing school district under the laws of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as the “District.”
