This Non-disclosure agreement (this "Agreement") is made effective as of January 21, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Blankets of Blessings: Confab of Respite Support Group and , an Attendee (the “Attendee”) of the Confab of Respite and other Attendees collectively referred to as the "parties" for the purpose of preventing the unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information as defined below. The parties agree to enter a confidential relationship with respect to the disclosure by one or each Attendee (the "Disclosing Party") to the other (the "Receiving Party") of certain proprietary and confidential information (the "Confidential Information").
