This Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement (Agreement) creating the Waterman Hydroelectric Project Authority (Authority) is entered into and effective this 1st day of October, 2019 by and between the City of San Bernardino (City) and the San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District (Valley District). The City and Valley District are each sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” and are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
