THIS CONTRACT AMENDMENT entered into this 6th day of July, dated to be effective June 30, 2021 by and between the City of Wichita Housing and Community Services Department (hereinafter called the City) and the Wichita Family Crisis Center (hereinafter called the Subrecipient).
