The Parties have agreed to vary the Grant Agreement to extend the time given to complete Funded Activities of the catalyst projects in Annex 2 until 30 November 2020, as per the terms set out in this Variation Agreement. This is a no-cost extension and was agreed to provide research projects funded using the Authority’s funds through the Grant Recipient extended time to complete their projects. This was necessary to complete the Funded Activities and to mitigate impacts on this Grant, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
