This AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 16th day of June, 2020 (“Effective Date”) by and between the Riverside Community College District, a California community college district, hereinafter called the “District” or “RCCD”, and Campus Management Corp, a Florida corporation hereinafter called the “Contractor” or “CMC”. The District and Contractor may be referred to herein individually as Party and collectively as Parties.
