, 20 , by and among the Petitioners in the China Shipping litigation, listed in Exhibit “A” hereto (“Petitioners”), the Harbor Community Benefit Foundation (“HCBF”), a not-for-profit corporation, and the City of Los Angeles (“City”), a municipal corporation, acting by and through its Board of Harbor Commissioners (“BOHC”), who, from time to time herein, shall be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
