These Terms and Conditions of sale (also referred to as the “Agreement”) apply to the Contract to the exclusion of any other terms that the Customer seeks to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing. In respect of Delivery Providers, Fastwalker Digital shall act as the Customer’s agent to appoint Delivery Providers, the costs of Delivery Providers shall be itemised separately as disbursements on Fastwalker Digital’s invoices and the Customer shall be responsible for paying all costs and amounts due to Delivery Providers including VAT thereon (if applicable).
