This FuelPlus Data Processing Agreement and its Annexes (“DPA”) reflects the parties’ agreement with respect to the Processing of Personal Data by FuelPlus on behalf of Customer in connection with the FuelPlus Application Service under the applicable Order Form and incorporated documents between FuelPlus and Customer (the “Agreement”).
