This Purchase and Development Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by, between, and among the Redevelopment Commission of the City of Franklin, Indiana (“RDC”), as the governing body of the City of Franklin, Indiana Redevelopment District (“District”), Franklin Development Corporation (“FDC”), a Indiana nonprofit neighborhood development corporation, and Bastin-Logan Water Services, Inc. (“Seller”), an Indiana corporation. (Collectively, the RDC, FDC, and the Seller are the “Parties”).
