DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE UNLV SCHOOL OF MEDICINEDevelopment Agreement • January 14th, 2020
This Development Agreement for the UNLV School of Medicine (this “Development Agreement”), is dated as of January , 2020, and is made by and between Nevada Health and Bioscience Asset Corporation, a Nevada non-profit corporation (“NHBAC”), and the Board of Regents of the Nevada System of Higher Education, for and on behalf of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (“UNLV”). UNLV and NHBAC shall be herein identified individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” For purposes of this Development Agreement, the planning, design, permitting, construction, and procurement/installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment of and for the MEB (defined below) shall be referred herein as the “Project.”
