THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between The Windsor Star, hereinafter called the Employer, the party of the first part, and Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union of Canada, Local 517-G, hereinafter called the Union, the party of the second part, for the purpose of preventing and adjusting misunderstandings by establishing rules governing minimum wage rates and conditions of employment.
