THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE by and between the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, a Delaware nonprofit corporation with its principal place of business located in Kansas City, Missouri (“Licensor”) and sometimes referred to as the “NAIC” or “SVO”), and the “Licensee. This License Agreement begins February 1, 2016 for an initial term of one year. Thereafter, the effective date of this agreement shall be from February 1 of the current year through January 31 of the following year.
