In order to access the Trust Online system for claims filing, the Flintkote Asbestos Trust requires that all users logging into Trust Online use a Two-Factor Authentication (TFA) token in addition to a username and password. The email provided in the Law Firm section of the signature page of this E-filer Agreement will be used as the default email for receiving the TFA token. If you would prefer to use a different email address than the one listed on the signature page, please provide one in the section below:
