THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) entered into as of the ____ day of ________, 2001 (the “Effective Date”) by and between ELIZABETHTOWN POWER, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal office in Houston, Texas (hereinafter referred to as “ELIZABETHTOWN”), and REUSE TECHNOLOGY, INC., a North Carolina corporation, with an office in Woodstock, Georgia (hereinafter referred to as “RT”) (ELIZABETHTOWN and RT each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”).
