This Consumer Online Banking Agreement (the “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions under which we will provide certain banking services to you via the internet and the Platform (“Online Banking Services”). This Agreement pertains to Consumers, and not to Businesses. This Agreement is in addition to your other agreements with Professional Bank (the “Bank”), including, without limitation, the Account Agreement that governs your deposit account(s) (the “Deposit Account Agreement”), the EFT Disclosure, and such other related disclosures and fee schedules, as well as any terms or instructions appearing on the Platform when you enroll for, activate, access, or use any Service provided therein or thereon and/or described herein, and all such agreements shall be considered one agreement.
