THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this day of , 2022 by and between, Greenscape, Inc., a North Carolina Corporation with its principal business offices located at 412 Woodburn Rd. #002, Raleigh, NC 27605 (the “Contractor”), and the Town of Apex, a municipal corporation of the State of North Carolina, (the “Town”). Town and Contractor may collectively be referred to as “Parties” hereinafter.
