We shall order and purchase solely subject to the following conditions. By acceptance and/or execution of the order, the supplier expressly acknowledges our GTC-P as basis of contract. Conditions of the supplier attached to the offer, the order confirmation or other documents by the supplier which are conflicting with or deviating from these purchase conditions are not applicable. Neither omitted exclusion nor effected acceptance or payment of the goods shall be deemed an acknowledgement of third party terms and conditions.
