Seller and Buyer may each be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” The Purchase Agreement and this Addendum together constitute the “Agreement.” Any term not defined herein shall have the same meaning and definition as set forth in the Purchase Agreement. If there is a conflict between the Purchase Agreement and this Addendum, the terms and provisions of this Addendum shall control.
