This Occupied Property Addendum (this “Addendum”) is an addendum to that certain __Sellers Addendum dated _____________________ (the “Purchase Agreement”) between__ _____________________________________________________________________seller (“Seller,” and the term “Seller” may also include Seller’s servicing agent or attorney-in-fact) and WELLS FARGO BANK NA (“Buyer”) for the Property and improvements located at the following address 33249 Newbury ST Yucaipa ca 92399 (the ”Property”). Seller and Buyer may each be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” The Purchase Agreement and this Addendum together constitute the “Agreement.” Any term not defined herein shall have the same meaning and definition as set forth in the Purchase Agreement. If there is a conflict between the Purchase Agreement and this Addendum, the terms and provisions of this Addendum shall control.
