To resolve the above-referenced complaint brought under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) of the U.S. Department of Education and Florida International University (the University) enter into the following Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement between OCR and the University addressing the accessibility of the University’s learning management system.1 The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that it is entered into voluntarily, and that it does not constitute an admission of liability, non-compliance, or wrongdoing by the University.
