CLIENT agrees that all attendees are under the direct and complete supervision of the CLIENT. As such, the CLIENT is liable and will reimburse USI/HNH for all damages resulting from the CLIENT’s and CLIENT’s guests’ use of the facilities and services provided by USI/HNH.
