Introduction: This Technology Facilitation and Referral Services Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Finzoomers Services Private Limited (“Finzoomers”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office address at 624-625, 6th Floor, Suncity Success Tower, Golf Course Extn Road, Sector 65, Gurugram, Haryana 122005 will maintain User Account and provide the User with Products and Services on the Platform. By opening an Account at Finzoomers, the User acknowledges that it has received, read, and understood this Agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms. Upon the utilization of the Services provided on the Platform, the User accepts and shall be subjected to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy laid down on the Platform which shall be read along with this Agreement. This Agreement shall not become effective until accepted by the User, and such acceptance may only be evidenced by internal records maintained by Finz
