Whereas a marriage is shortly intended to be had and solemnized between Peter Francisco and Mary B West, widow and relict of Robert West decd, both of the county of Buckingham, and whereas a marriage contract has been entered into between them, by which the property of the said Mary B. West has been conveyed to John M. Walker, & Alexander Patteson in trust for the purposes therein mentioned, we the creditors of the said Mary being satisfied with the provision made for her creditors by the said articles, do hereby agree to look to the property of the said Mary alone as conveyed to the said trustees by the said marriage agreement for the payment of the debts due us, and do hereby for and in consideration of the provision made for the payment of her debts aforesaid contained in the said marriage agreement, agree to exonerate the said Peter Francisco from all liability to pay the said debts out of his own property which might or could be created by his intermarriage with the said Mary B. W
