CLINICAL TRIAL AGREEMENT This CLINICAL TRIAL AGREEMENT (the“Agreement”) is effective on the day of the publishing in accordance with the Act no. 340/2015 Coll. Box 7126 Petach Tikva, 4917002 Israel, represented by (the“Sponsor”). each a “Party” and together the “Parties”. The clinical trial shall be performed under supervision of Prof. MUDr. František Antoš, CSc., an employee of the Institution, who shall serve as the principal investigator (“Investigator”) for the Study as defined below.
