The law governing the contract is the Law governing the State of Victoria, Australia. By agreeing to the terms and conditions in the application you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of your application will be confirmed in writing to you, and a contract comes into existence on the date shown on your confirmation letter or email.
