THIS ISSUE SUPPLEMENT accompanies and supplements a certain Trust Agreement, dated as of September 1, 1987, published by the Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”) and filed in the office of its Corporate Secretary at its principal office, 3900 Wisconsin Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20016. Unless otherwise specified, certain words and phrases appearing herein, characterized by initial capital letters, are defined in such Trust Agreement and shall have the meanings so defined.
