This is an Amendment (“Amendment”) to incorporate the Triennial Review Order (“TRO”) and the Triennial Review Remand Order (“TRRO”) into the Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation (“Qwest”), a Colorado corporation, and FiberComm, LLC, an Iowa Limited Liability Company (“CLEC”). CLEC and Qwest shall be known jointly as the “Parties”.
