THIS SUPPLY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of August 28, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Neos Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Neos”), and Coating Place, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation (“CPI”).
