THIS STR GLOBAL DATA PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made by and between STR GLOBAL LIMITED d.b.a. STR, The Blue Fin Building, 110 Southwark Street, London SE1 0TA, (hereinafter referred to as "STR”, “the Company”, “us”, “we”, or “our”), and the Client identified elsewhere in this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Client”, "you" or "your") (collectively the Parties).
