Second Amendment”) is made by and between the TOWN OF MARANA (the “Town”), an Arizona municipal corporation, GLADDEN PHASE II, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and GLADDEN PHASE II DEV, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. GLADDEN PHASE II, LLC and GLADDEN PHASE II DEV, LLC are together referred to as the “Developer.” The Town and the Developer are collectively referred to in this Second Amendment as the “Parties,” each of which is sometimes individually referred to as a “Party.”
