This is a labor and materials +cost contract for a two (2) year period to perform maintenance services on lift trucks, with two (2) one (1) year options to renew. Price shall be firm for initial contract term. The initial coverage period is: 2/1/2018 – 1/31/2020. The labor and materials + cost pricing shall remain firm in the initial contract period.
