WHEREAS, the City is the legal title holder of certain real property (the “City Property”) located within the block bounded by 18th Street, Antelope Valley Parkway, Q Street and R Street in Lincoln, Nebraska (the “18th & R Block”) as further described and depicted on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein.
