Your account with us is governed by this Deposit Agreement (“Agreement”), and certain state and federal laws and regulations. When you sign the Account Signature Card, you acknowledge receiving this Agreement, Service Charge Schedule and other documents given to you when you open the account. If you use your account after signing the signature card and/or after the date set forth [on the back] of this Agreement, you are entering into a legally binding contract and you agree to all the terms contained in this Agreement. This Agreement replaces all prior agreements and understandings between you and us with respect to any account you maintain with us. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be or later becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement will not be affected and will remain valid and enforceable.
