Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in this Agreement will have the meaning set forth in CSI’s Executive Officer Severance Plan dated August 22, 2018 (the “Executive Officer Severance Plan”). Please note that while we are giving this Agreement to you now for review, you may not execute this Agreement before your Separation Date.
