THIS CONTRACT FOR SERVICES AND MATERIALS (“Contract”), shall be considered as made and entered into as of the date of the last signature (“Effective Date”), and is between the City of Novi, a Michigan municipal corporation, whose address is 45175 Ten Mile, Novi, Michigan 48375, (hereinafter referred to as “Client”), and R.
