JATO Two Operating Corp., (“JATO”) and Cincinnati Bell Telephone (“CBT”) have executed this agreement regarding the adoption by JATO of the negotiated interconnection agreement between CBT and Northpoint Communications, Inc., (“Northpoint”) pursuant to Order of the Public Service Commission. JATO adopts the terms of the Northpoint negotiated agreement for interconnection with CBT (Case No. 2000-008) and in applying the terms agrees that JATO shall be substituted for Northpoint in the terms wherever appropriate.
