THIS GOLDSEAL VAAS RESELLER ADDENDUM (“Addendum”) is entered into by and between Westcon Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation, having an office at 520 White Plains Road, Tarrytown, NY 10591, including any of its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Distributor”), and the Reseller specified on the signature page (“VAR”). Distributor and VAR are individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” This Addendum shall be deemed effective as of the date the VAR clicks the “I HAVE READ AND ACCEPT THE TERMS OF ADDENDUM” checkbox displayed on the following GoldSeal VaaS Service Agreement hyperlink https://www.westconcomstor.com/us/en/westcon/westcon_home_page/services/support- services/goldseal_-vaas-service-agreement.html (“Effective Date”).
