This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of October 4, 2001 (the “Effective Date”), between RACC Enterprises LLC (“RACC”), a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of the State of Michigan, with offices at 7381 U.S. 31 North, P.O. Box 1200, Alanson, Michigan 49706 and Verizon North Inc., f/k/a GTE North Incorporated and Contel of the South, Inc., d/b/a Verizon North Systems (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin with offices at 100 Executive Drive, Marion, OH 43302 (Verizon and RACC may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
