THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between SRI, Incorporated ("SRI" or “Contractor”), 8082 Bash Street, Indianapolis, IN 46250 and Ouray County, Colorado (the “County”) by and through the Ouray County Board of County Commissioners, 541 4th Street, Ouray, CO 81427.
