THIS AGREEMENT made on the day of , 2016, between the CITY OF RENO, NEVADA, a municipality organized under the laws of the State of Nevada herein referred to as “THE CITY”, and the RENO YOUTH SPORTS ASSOCIATION, a non- profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Nevada, herein referred to as “RYSA.”
