These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) establishes the procedures and conditions for the provision to In.Te.S.A. S.p.A. ("INTESA"), by the Supplier of goods and services. Details regarding the Deliverables and Services are provided as defined in Section 2 below. This Base Agreement, the Purchase Order (“PO”) to the Supplier, together with any Attachments and the quantity, payment and delivery terms specified in the PO, are the complete agreement (Agreement). The effective date of these GTC will be the date of the PO.
