This Nondisclosure Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Square-1 Consulting Services, Inc. (SQR1) with its principal offices at 26005 Windsong, Lake Forest, CA 92630, ("Disclosing Party") and , located at ("Receiving Party") for the purpose of preventing the unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information as defined below. The parties agree to enter into a confidential relationship with respect to the disclosure of certain proprietary and confidential information which would be accessed and obtained through working with SQR1 and our clients ("Confidential Information").
