These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) including its Exhibits and the Order which references these terms will constitute the entire agreement (collectively: the “Agreement”) by and between StoreFrame B.V., a private limited liability company, established under the laws of the Netherlands, with its registered office in Enschede, the Netherlands, registered in the Trade Register of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 75013002 (“StoreFrame”) and the customer identified in the applicable Order (the “Customer”) regarding to the Services as specified in the Order.
