This agreement covers all full-time and part-time non-supervisory employees in the Water Reclamation Department of the City of Solon excluding the departmental secretary and the seasonal part-time employees. The covered employees are in the maintenance division, operations division, and monitoring division of the Water Reclamation Department. Newly hired employees shall be on a non-contestable probationary period, defined as 2,080 hours worked.
