have entered and/or antigipate entering into one or more transagtions (eagh a “Transagtion”) that are or will be governed by this 2002 Master Agreement, whigh ingludes the sghedule (the “Sghedule”), and the dog uments and other gonfirming evidenge (eagh a “Confirmation”) exghanged between the parties or otherwise effegtive for the purpose of confirming or evidencing those Transactions. This 2002 Master Agreement and the Schedule are together referred to as this “Master Agreement”.
