This Solid Waste Franchise Agreement, hereinafter referred to as “Agreement,” is made and entered into this 1st day of August 2024, by and between Storey County, Nevada, hereinafter referred to as “County,” and Waste Management of Nevada, Inc. a private corporation lawfully authorized to conduct business in the State of Nevada, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor” or “Franchisee." In this Agreement, the County and Contractor may be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually referred to as “Party.”
