This contract, made and, executed this 7th day of October 2022 between the Municipality of Santa Ignacia, Province of Tarlac represented by MAYOR NORA T. MODOMO (hereinafter called the “ENTITY”) and B.K. SY TU CONSTRUCTION represented by BENJAMIN K. SY TU with office address at San Sebastian, Tarlac City (hereinafter called the “CONTRACTOR”)
