The Irish Pharmaceutical Healthcare Association (“IPHA”), for and on behalf of and with the authority of the member companies of IPHA, the Department of Health, the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform and the Health Service Executive (the “HSE”) (hereinafter, the “Parties”) have agreed on the terms of this Framework Agreement on the supply and pricing of medicines as set out below (the “Agreement”). This Agreement will come into effect on 1st August 2016 save where specified in the Agreement.
